This website, lover-fighter.com, is run by Warriors Quest LLC, doing business as GYEB, based in Georgia, USA. When this page says "we," "us," or "GYEB," that's who it means. By using this site, you agree to what's below. It's written in plain English on purpose: no wall of legalese, but it still counts.

If you're in crisis, read this first

Coaching is for people who are hurting but safe. If you're in crisis (having thoughts of harming yourself, or you haven't been sleeping or eating for days), that comes before any coach and before anything on this site. In the U.S., call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) any time, free. Outside the U.S., call your local emergency number or crisis line. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911.

Coaching, not therapy or professional advice

Every page, video, program, and download on this site is educational and personal-development content. Benny Lichtenwalner is a breakup and relationship coach, not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, physician, attorney, or financial advisor. Nothing here is therapy, counseling, medical care, or legal or financial advice, and none of it replaces care from a licensed professional. Reading this site, watching a video, or sending us a message does not make you a coaching client and does not create any professional or client relationship. If you need a licensed professional, go get one — that's not weakness, that's wisdom.

No promised outcomes

Here's the blunt truth: nobody can guarantee that your ex comes back, that your relationship gets saved, or any other result, and anyone who promises that is lying to you. Relationships involve another person's free choices. What we teach is what has worked for real clients; it is not a prediction for your situation. Testimonials and success stories on this site are individual experiences from real people, not a promise of what will happen for you. Your results depend on your situation, your effort, and things nobody controls. You are responsible for your own decisions and how you act on anything you find here.

Purchases, bookings, and the client agreement

When you buy a program or book a call, checkout is handled by a third-party payment processor (currently Stan), and that processor's checkout terms apply to the transaction itself. Coaching clients also sign a separate written coaching agreement before we start working together. That signed agreement, not this page, governs the coaching services: scope, payment, refunds, recordings, and everything else. If this page and your signed agreement ever say different things about your coaching, the signed agreement wins.

Our content belongs to us

The writing, videos, methods, courses, and materials on this site are owned by Warriors Quest LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You're welcome to read, watch, link to us, and share links. What you may not do:

Personal, non-commercial use only.

Use the site decently

Use this site lawfully. Don't scrape it, harvest it for bulk data collection, hack it, probe it, or try to overload or break it. And don't use anything you learn here to harass, stalk, manipulate, coerce, or pressure another person. The whole point of this work is becoming someone worth coming back to, not controlling someone else.

No warranties, and a limit on liability

This site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we don't promise it will always be complete, error-free, or available. To the fullest extent the law allows, Warriors Quest LLC, GYEB, and Benny Lichtenwalner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site, and our total liability related to the website itself is capped at the amount you paid us to access this site. Since browsing is free, that will typically be nothing. Paid coaching is different: it's covered by your signed client agreement, not this cap. Some states don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Georgia law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If we end up in a dispute about this site that we can't resolve by talking it out (and please email first, almost everything gets solved that way), you and we agree it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Coweta County, Georgia, and each of us waives any right to a jury trial. Paid coaching is different: it's governed by the dispute terms in your signed client agreement.

Changes to these terms

We update this page from time to time. When we do, we change the "last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
