Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 17, 2026
This policy explains what information Warriors Quest LLC, doing business as GYEB ("we," "us"), collects through this website and through our coaching programs, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We've written it in plain English on purpose. If anything is unclear, email benny@lover-fighter.com and we'll give you a straight answer.
The short version
- We collect only what we need to run the website and coach you well.
- We never sell your information, and we never share it for advertising.
- Payment processors handle your card. We never see or store your full card number.
- Testimonials go public only with your permission, and you can take that permission back anytime.
- Want your information corrected or deleted? One email does it.
What we collect on this website
This site is served by Cloudflare Pages. We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless service: it shows us, in aggregate, which pages people visit and roughly where traffic comes from, without cookies, fingerprinting, or tracking you across sites. We use that to make the site better, not to build a profile of you. The site itself sets only a small number of essential cookies (things like remembering your cookie-banner choice).
If you fill out a form on this site or email us, we receive what you send (typically your name, email address, and phone number) and we use it to reply and follow up. We don't add you to a marketing list without asking.
What we collect when you become a client
Coaching only works if we actually know your situation, so clients share more:
- Intake information: your contact details and what you tell us about your breakup, your relationship history, and your goals.
- Session recordings and transcripts: coaching calls happen over Zoom and may be recorded, with your consent under your coaching agreement. Recordings automatically delete from Zoom's cloud after about 30 days. Transcripts and written session recaps are kept as part of your client record so your coach never loses the thread.
- AI-assisted notes: we use AI tools to help turn sessions into notes and recaps. These tools process session content on our behalf so we can serve you better and faster. They don't change who owns your information (you do) or who we share it with (see below).
- Client records: we keep your coaching history in our own systems for as long as you're a client: notes, progress, program details.
Payments
Payments are processed by third-party providers: Stan, Square, Stripe, or PayPal, depending on how you buy. They handle your card or bank details under their own privacy policies. We receive confirmation of your purchase and basic details like your name and email. We never see or store your full card number.
Our client communities
Our group coaching runs on Telegram. When you join one of our groups you're also using Telegram, so its privacy policy applies to what you post there. Anything you share in a group is visible to the other members, so share at the level you're comfortable with.
Your lessons, progress, and journal live in our own classroom at learn.lover-fighter.com rather than on someone else's platform. Other members there see your first name and last initial, never your full name, email, or address. The privacy guarantee on that site spells out exactly what is and isn't visible.
Testimonials
We're proud of our clients' wins, and we only share them publicly with permission. If you gave us permission and change your mind, email benny@lover-fighter.com and we'll take your testimonial down. No hard feelings, no questions required.
Who we share information with
Only the service providers we need to run the business. That means the platforms named above, plus tools like our scheduling, e-signature, and video-call providers. They're allowed to use your information only to provide their service to us. We never sell your information, and we never hand it to advertisers or data brokers. The only other exception is if the law genuinely requires us to disclose something.
How long we keep it, and how we protect it
We keep client records for as long as we work together, and afterward for as long as we reasonably need them (for tax, accounting, or legal reasons, for example). We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including limiting who can access it. That said, no system on earth is perfectly secure, and we can't promise absolute security — anyone who does is selling you something.
Your choices and rights
- Access, correction, deletion: email benny@lover-fighter.com and we'll show you what we have, fix what's wrong, or delete what we can. Some records we're legally required to keep (like payment records), and we'll tell you if that applies.
- Cookies: you can manage cookies through this site's cookie banner and through your browser settings.
- Marketing messages: if you ever get one from us, you can opt out by replying or emailing us.
Not for children
Our website and coaching are for adults. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle information changes (new tools, new forms, new platforms), we'll update this page and change the date at the top. Meaningful changes for current clients get communicated directly instead of buried in fine print.
